The COF Mission Statement is “To provide an oasis of love, compassion and education for disadvantaged Khmer children of all ages and to help homeless Khmer families support themselves and make a positive contribution to the community”.
Welcome to the site for Cambodia Orphan Fund UK
We are UK based group offering support to the Cambodia Orphan Fund, an NGO (Non Government Organisation) based in Siem Reap Cambodia.
In 2007 Nick Griffin moved to Cambodia to found the Cambodia Orphan Fund, following many years in social work, housing management and community work in the UK. Nick identified that whilst there were a lot of local projects, many of them lacked the skills needed to be efficient and provide satisfactory care to the children. Financial management and accountability were also lacking and visitors wanting to help were concerned that their donations were not being put to the best use.So COF decided to set up and run its own projects that would redress these issues.

Much has been happening with COF in recent months, I am am now in the process of updating the website and will shortly be bringing news of how our vocational training programme has been progressing and updates as we re launch our plans for our own dedicated children's centre.
